That was actually my doing. One of the chapters not translated is one big long strip. Then there's the Poipiku chapter that was released as a long strip. I'll remove the long strip tag, I shouldn't have added it since most chapters aren't this large. If Spinning ever scanlates them he can...

Sorry, I had to delete the previous "oneshot" I uploaded because I realized they were actually separate "chapters" and not in the right order. I deleted it instead of editing it so I could have some time to fix everything. Here's the discussion post for the deleted chapter.

Chapter 6 came out a little after this scan released. Also, I sent in a report to add the link for this chapter to MangaDex like I've done with the other chapters. It might take a while for a mod to add it though.

It's a self-published Twitter comic. The author probably censored it so there's less chance of Twitter marking as sensitive which would lesssen its reach.

The upload permissions for Magus Manga, the other group that did chapters up to 13, are open. That means anyone can upload their chapters. Not just Electromaster.

@arimareiji So a mod decided a (Fan Decensored) entry that was marked as pornographic would be okay for Tsugumomo. That was because the mangaka drew it uncensored himself on a livestream and the scan team edits that in for some chapters.

Do you happen to remember where this occurred (around what chapters)? Edit: Nevermind, all the "decensored" chapters are titled as lewd edits.
