Generally raws from the magazine are censored. The volume releases are then uncensored and if the translation group feels like it replace the original posted chapters. It's the format of these things in Japan not the TL.

The problem with that is you have to have consistent characters before making changes via the story. This author has re-wrote sections changing character's character Then has them change back to the original behaviors without writing any story setup and payoff for these changes. Inconsistent...
