Yeah this story had some potential early but quickly dropped off. Now it's a dumpster fire I can't look away from but I still hope it will improve.

I think it's not the MC but Takamine who's dense. He's aware of his feelings and that he doesn't match up to her standards. Standards she has repeatedly beaten into him. Takamine is dense as seen with the recent Eri chapter about why MC is not moving things along.

Agree this series is a prime example of a quality couple moving forward and not hampered by the problem of well it ends when they confess.

It seems like we're fast approaching the end. I mean they both know that they like the other person. MC is confident enough to tell FMC not to do what she just did. Takamine now knows MC thinks she dear to him. Not sure how many more tropes this can pull off before it gets boringly repetitive...

I'm hoping she leaves and it brings MC to the realization that he's in an inn. Eventually they will all leave as mentioned in the first chapter since this is a temporary situation.
