It has an interesting enough premise and setup. Too bad the characters are beyond shallow, the infodump is horrendous and there is almost no tension.

Now I know how gay people feel when they read heterosexual romance.

The manga does have its shortcomings but the reason for all these negative comments seems to be to belittle the author's work rather than to provide proper criticism.
