Ever since reading this arc I couldn’t wait for the anime and/or manga to catch up. So many great scenes that while amazing in the novel seeing them acted out just adds so much more to the impact.

@can_zero Yep there is only a few true awakened demon lords while anyone with enough power can call themselves a demon lord. That meeting was just them talking not a Walpurgis, that has every demon lord in attendance so they aren’t called often.

@Goldenzeal Don’t worry it’s not cursed or anything bad like that. It’s a good thing without being normal stay based gear that will bring him and Shera and Rem closer in the not to distant future.

Why even bring Rihito back after all that training and build up for this? Falcon wasn’t even that good fighter once you see his tricks compared to the better half of the Kengan fighters. Take away the poison and Rihito had a much better version of the same move which should of been even better...

Thanks for picking this up! The TL seemed fine to me. I’m sure someone will notice something off but I could follow everything and wasn’t confused so good enough for me.

@jokerxhisoka He was way stronger when he was alive with the holy sword. So far we have only really seen him severely weakened even with the undead buffs. Hopefully now that he has a weapon that fits his skills he will be back to hero strength again.

Brand new skill that doesn’t get explained combined with his toughest fight that’s skipped makes this feel really off. Like others said it must not be explaining everything assuming you have read the novel or else it’s really lazy/bad writing.

This arc started off so well now it really feels like it’s dragging on. Hopefully we get to see more of Iruma’s new archer skills against the illusionist and that could make it worth it.
