seen a few mods that touch on the fleet-building aspect of the game. seems to mostly be about bith reducing the naval cap and increasing the cost of the ships. one of the mods also gave more slots to the ships and overall, also made them stronger.

I've heard people complaining about the character design being purposely off-putting/ugly. that's about it. but if it's anything like the last game, then it's likely that the game's pretty good.
