I felt the same way. The kid rushing over mindlessly, not listening to the one guy who's kept him alive this whole time, seems a bit forced. But whatever, "he's still a kid" is what we'll have to tell ourselves.
Heals up bandits and lets them go, slaughters an entire group of goblins on a whim, but anyone who lays a hand on his beastmen waifu race deserves to have their entire country destroyed. Yeah, the author is getting his rocks off with this power fantasy of his
@potatophish
Early on it kept itself interesting by not relying on power level wankery and instead making the fights about their arsenal and wit. Now it's turned into DBZ power level standoffs. The closest thing we've gotten to the earlier chapters recently was the drowning-the-puppets bit...
@Hypothon
Honestly I don't know how this shitty isekai is pulling 50k avg viewers here. It's one of the shittier isekais I know of, incredibly boring and shitty, also boring.
The only reason I'm still here is because of my crippling addiction to shitty isekais.
Wow, if it were that easy why didn't he just cast slow to begin with. It's apparently fast enough to catch them even when they're both watching him, so fast that MC only has time to reach out his arm. Hmm hmmm hmmmmmm
@0TheWatcher0
You'd have a case if stupid people like that didn't exist IRL. Chuunis are real, and in a fantasy setting people are expected to be even stupider.
@ankusia13
Yeah, it's another one of those "isekai was an afterthought" isekais to meet the demands of a publisher. Just imagine the isekai tag as false advertisement + snip out all isekai references in the first couple chapters and everything makes sense. How gullible they are, how uneducated...
honest opinion: you need someone fluent in english to double check the grammar. It feels like a MTL, which doesn't really matter for stories with simple plots like this, but poor grammar is a big obstacle to read through.
I assume he said "don't answer me, I'm a government employee" because it's a crime for them to be together, it's better if he doesn't officially know so he isn't obligated to either report it or be complicit to a crime.
"MC is logical, he got rid of his only weapons in this world, guns, because it would cause problems for him down the line. He even didn't keep a single concealed carry just in case, what a genius!"
*MC proceeds to openly start a quarrel with royalty*
What else will our 300 IQ protag do
I wonder how they managed to convince their neanderthal brothers to go on literal suicide missions as decoys. It's happening too regularly to brush it off as them being sent on them unknowingly.
Why even pretend at trying to pick a reasonable blacksmith when it's going to end up being a skinny assassin elf? Just skip straight to adding another thot to the harem and be done with it.
It's exactly this terrible writing that keeps me addicted to isekais, god dammit why are we such masochists
