Man, when I see a series where the mages just stand there and cast magic with their feet rooted to the ground, no dodging, no defense, it's just like...what have you been doing until now?
I honestly really like their conversations. They actually feel real. Or at least as real as one woman being accepting that their loved one admits that he loves another woman more.
Thanks for the chapter! It didn't occur to me that Isis didn't show up for this event or when the War King's subordinates attacked. I probably should've suspected something was up.
Man the art in this series is really good. That shot on page 14 where it shows half of the present smile and half of the anguish but like all jagged and stuff, so cool.
