@MrMcNasty Yeah that type of stuff is wack but I think this situation is kinda different. She didn’t even make any moves or get into a relationship in this case so there’s no trade up happening. The guy might downgrade his viewpoint on their relationship to platonic over time, and just move on...

@VitaminCee lol it’s just a joke about how BL fans will find BL in any rival relationship between male shonen characters. NarutoxSasuke etc. This one went to the extreme point where ALL BL was implied in a manga meant to be BL, and that was the apparent “art” of it.

I think it’s best for Shonen to leave this behind. Obviously it’s a manga, and is therefore a fantasy, but in my opinion in this scenario Shonen will fall into a pit of self-doubt, distance himself from his family and friends again, and focus on studying. He might burn himself out too. After...
