You should pick up another series that GDS is squatting on and not updating. I second Ore wa Mada, Honki o Dashite Inai. The series seems really interesting, is completed, and was a former GDS project.

@ghostlykidd You're probably not seeing any new chapters becuase the manga is licensed. The official release is up to volume 7 already so if volume 8 is the conclusion then they are almost done translating the whole thing.

As far as I can tell there are 21 chapters of the manga released so far. There is also a light novel that has 11 volumes This is all based on a quick look around the Amazon listings on Japanese Amazon.

Very strong SEVENS vibes so far (Manga plus getting into the LN) Very similar plots to the point I had to look up the authors to make sure they weren't by the same person. Premise is different but a lot of the same plot points.

Pretty default world building fantasy. While its not an Isekai it has a lot of the same elements. It has a very Isekai Nonbiri Nouka feel to it. I'll keep reading it but probably only every once in while after chapters stack up.
