I mean... It's been 10 years. If they were both adults 10 years wouldn't mean much, but it was 10 years with a kid, they can change a lot in 10 years. For me to not recognize a kid you saw 10 years ago is pretty normal.

Honestly, the only way you should stop translating because someone is complaining about quality, is if that someone is going to do the job instead of translating, editing and all that stuff. Otherwise, that other person doesn't have the right to complain. Also, this is about complaining just...
