It literally is, compare the TL's for this manga with the ones on Rithar's site. It's all stolen or at best, the same group trying to double dip on paywall revenue.

That's literally what they did. They either A) wholesale ripped off Rithar's work and slapped their even worse watermark on top of theirs or B) They ARE Rithar and are bypassing their group ban. From their group page
