Exactly! This is my main issue with the plot. The story could’ve been almost the exact same with minimal changes if they were late teens. Still keep the ‘school’ theme, and maintain that they are still all puppets to the ‘adults’. Having them specifically be 12 makes no damn sense.

WTF is up with these year olds?! Acting like political masterminds. The only normal 12 year old here is the prince. This story could’ve been better served with the characters as late Teens. Much easier to suspend disbelief that way

70 chapters in and there is little to no progress in terms of romance. And the plot is getting kinda formulaic, with MC's brain refusing to learn anything from previous experiences (hence the name Bakarina).
