Dunno why she's obsessed with thinking that the main heroine has to be beautiful in shoujo web novels. There are as many out there where the MC is beautiful as there are where the MC is average and it's wish-fulfillment.

It's not that the story is "generic" per se... It's just that you can see every twist coming, and there's an abundance of stereotypes. Also, it feels like there's no intrigue whatsoever, everything is just "go get 'em tiger".

I read more of it, and holy shit his actions are so creepy. First the kiss the first time they meet, then shit like asking for her phone number and shit, it just doesn't sit right.
