Yep, they're both still 15 years old. And while I understand all of the frustrated rending of garments I can hear from here, I personally think that a relationship story without adversity is kinda boring. And I don't consider the typical manga "both of them are denser than mercury" to be adversity.

For the record, the translation is correct. He intends to destroy the village, but made the concession of sparing the tourists visiting for the festival. So yeah, not a nice guy.

Also with respect to the artist, I'm more concerned about the brain aneurysm she was diagnosed with a few months back. The constant repeating of the misinformation that she was arrested for tax dodging is obnoxious though.
