This is just my opinion but I think both Ishihara and Watari suits each other well, because both of them love each other truthfully. They're just having some small misunderstanding and insecurities. I really hope that they will end up together, which is unlikely to happen in this kind of plot :(((

For harem genre, the first girl who meet the MC is usually (if not always) the overal winner. It's a typical trend that sometimes can be really boring to watch. I hope that Go toubun will end up with a different path, because the characters development of the 5 are equally amazing so far...
