@JumboWheat01 From what I've read while translating the chapter, it's for maintaining a consistent core temperature for when you're dressed lightly in the summer and then go inside an air conditioned space, which might otherwise be too cold. Some of them also wick away sweat from the skin.

@NickieTheFool The pixiv raws split some of the chapters. As an example, Vol. 1 Ch. 2 is split into Ch. 2 and Ch. 3 on pixiv (though the title pages themselves aren't renumbered)
There's also some bonuses on pixiv/the author's Twitter that weren't included in the volumes.
I was considering picking up this series as well (hence uploading of the cover art) but I was still definitely hesitating on committing to 55 chapters.
