For that they would have to know when he's about to do that attack. And she would need to not get beaten up normally to force the magic attack so that she could then perfect counter.
I loved this, I even did my part with the sales. Just such a shame it ended like this. Just another one on the pile. But I did enjoy it while it lasted.
Damn, she knows but plays along so that she can have a mother and feel happiness. That's really sad.

I feel that just comes with the unknown becoming known really. It tends to happen. Not to say it couldn't be scarier, but there was always a chance of them being less threatening as soon as we got to know them.

First fireworks scene where a character says something AND THEY'RE ACTUALLY HEARD! None of this "huh did you say something" cause the fireworks were too loud or some shit.
