I don't understand the popularity behind this series. The mc is human trash who barely becomes a decent person and so much of the drama is forced bullshit no human would accept, especially a freaking magic superpowered human. I realize the author admitted this was basically deliberately written...

I don't care for it, but you can tell when people are from the US or more european nations. Large parts of the world still think uncle/aunt isn't close enough in blood relation to be an issue. Though, as far as genetically is concerned, I think it's "second cousin" is technically distant enough...

Kinda pisses me off such a unique/cute/funny story gets axed while we've got like five revenge power fantasy manga in the top. Shitty writing with power fantasies seem more popular than decent stories. :(

I enjoyed this so I found and started reading the LN, but got lost around this part. The characters are fun though.

If this follows the novel, he does in fact get laid. And married. He's not a beta male, he's just not a sexual assaulter. >_>

Has the definition of 'harem' changed? Recently I've seen a bunch of 'harem' series that didn't actually involve a harem in any way. It's like simply being friends with two girls or guys is now a harem?

I know this might be a stupid question but... Lately, the harem tag on this site has really confused me. Is Father supposed to be part of the mc's harem? It seems like just being arounda group of females/seemingly females counts as a harem.
