Hi, for the record, I created a new ticket in our internal issue tracker for this bug.

Raised the requirements rules to at least 10 existing scanlations. Languages already requested that met the previous requirements won't be subject to the new rules.

Fixes were applied today, the forums downtime were cause by unclogging some internal systems of XenForo.

Hi, I was able to identify this bug as something unrelated to only closing your browser. In a nutshell, if you close your browser and then reopen it, our longstrip reader will force you to the first page because it thinks you're reloading the page. That might be true, however the link you added to the draft seems to be from the novel. We also don't allow novel covers on the site. I suggest you create a new draft without the novel info (delete the novel cover and replace the novel link with the comic link) and submit it, since you can't...

Hi, for the record, this is a bug in our title draft form, you should still be able to save and submit the draft without any problems. Now your draft was rejected because you submitted a novel to our platform, we don't accept novel submissions on MangaDex.

The issue ticket it's still open on our issue tracker, some suggestions have been made but not final fix implementation yet has been decided. Someone internally created an userscript that solves the issue, but it has some disadvantages like increased memory and CPU consumption.

There was a large hiccup a few hours ago, the site has now caught up, read markers and chapter uploads should now be up-to-date.
