I will question the need to have such high res scans. Remember that if each image is many MBs, people on mediocre connections will have trouble loading the images properly.

You can, as long as you follow the rules, in particular 1.1. Only manga, manhwa, manhua, or doujinshi and webcomics of the aforementioned categories are allowed. Exceptions can be made, but contact staff beforehand.
