"Can't use magic" and "Injecting mana that repels dirt, turns back time, repairs the physical machines, repairs the magic circles, and fully charges any mana capacitor" in one move... and when she cast her spell "Injected mana of varying attributes to offset the power, opposite attributes, etc"...
Oh geez, I had thankfully forgotten about that series. It was such a good series and then it decided it had enough happiness and wholesomeness and decided to go degenerate.
"Violence doesn't solve everything, Reese!"
"But Granny, what if I told you... we were in a shonen?"
"Kick their butt Reese, all of them. Kick all of their butts!"
I'm confused on that last page.
"Take out the good stuff."
Her response: "If we take out the good stuff can't we do it in one step?"
Him: "No, I tried and it doesn't work."
But... she just repeated back to him what he said? Am I missing something in that conversation?
Well, I mean, 'she' HAD him killed violently. He's been in recovery for a year and a half to the rest of the world, lying low. She sees him and he apologizes and publicly bows his head.
And you just saved me a lot of annoyance. Dropped.
Thank you, because I'd have been livid if I read this entire thing, fought the entire way through, and THAT was the reward (or even a flipping plot point).
I'm thankful, I am... but even letting it build up doesn't quite work out when it's only 0.1 chapters every month or every few months.
Definitely enjoying this series, but I'll tap out at this point. Non-sarcastic thanks to the spoilers and stuff, I feel a bit safer in letting my grandkids...
Because kicks are impractical and aren't used in real fighting above the thigh, and if you DO you mix in punches.
Boxing also does use the legs, in fact it's MOSTLY leg. Boxing lends itself well to almost any other martial arts.
I'm just so curious about what he lost... did he lose inflexibility? But he was flexible before.. did he lose his jadedness?
Clearly he has changed, his mentality is definitely not that of a several hundred year old man who watched everyone die and lived long enough to be forgotten... he's...
They both looped so many times that they master the laws of time and magic, becoming grand wizards. I'm sure we are going to get a Loki ending, obviously.
Otherwise... we never know if the other person is actually stuck in the loop still or if it... the one person is just continuing on with...
Honestly, studying might be the one true way to pass the time. Just absorb and take in all knowledge so if the loop ever DOES end you are basically free to enjoy life. Become a master of all chemistry, all biology, all programming languages, etc. Every day rewrite the history of the world so...
Right? I mean, he'll clearly need them to replace those with interest, but him sharing at all should be a blessing to folks. His generosity clearly will shine through and get the point across.
Well, I guess it depends, right? Because if suddenly a single cloud appears and they all 'vanish' - just shoot into the cloud and you are more than likely to hit one. Like apples in a barrel, so to speak.
I thought it was only with his one servant who was given an Oracle? It's been a while since I read the translated part of the novel, though. But I thought he asked the Goddess to tell her that he's to be trusted and on a special mission. Nobody else knew though, at least at the time.
Oh look, inner monologue that would have been GREAT to have been said at a marriage counselors office.... or just at the dinner table before it got to the level of a divorce.
