@Oestov Yes. We are currently waiting for Cloudflare's billing services to be restored so we can purchase a plan from them. After we do so, the site should go back to normal. CF says that billing services should be restored by the 31st.

@ilaurens The DDOS is no longer the issue. We are waiting on some maintenance to end on CF's side before we will be able to restore regular service to MD. There's nothing we can do until the 31st.
