I'm pretty sure fully automatic scanlating (i.e. using automatic tools for the translation, typesetting, editing, etc. without any manual steps) is against the MangaDex rules. And for clarity: The manual step of saving the images to a folder and uploading them to MD doesn't count for that rule.
