Honestly that was my first assumption as well since she would technically be "searching" for him. I did compare both drawings and there aren't any similarities (from just a surface level comparison), but it makes sense if the story moves in that direction although it's not confirmed at all.

Some women can have really heavy/painful periods. They probably wont collapse every month but it's a possibility that they may collapse from anemia/low blood pressure. There are also some girls with period cramps so painful that it's debilitating. So always be mindful!
