I'm curious if Horimiya has any unique content not present in Hori-san to Miyamura-kun. And I don't mean "the same scene but more/less" or "a small bit tying in one or more scenes together", but like whole scenes and mini-plots not present in the original webcomic. Would anyone here know that?

Romantic false leads are one of the more common tropes in romcoms. I'm guessing that this guy won't amount to much after a few chapters. That said, I'm curious if this is going to just play it straight (with Nagai and Megumi not having any romantic attraction, and Shun just mistaking it) or if...

This was good when it first came out a few years ago, and is still good now. If you haven't read it, I'd recommend you do. It's a fairly breezy read, mostly lighthearted romance fun while touching on some personal issues.
