I didn't read most of the last chapters after it seemed that the relation with his coworker staled because it was becoming annoying but I wanted to know the ending and why it happend, not worth it tbh

Hope the author actually developes this relationship as much as Uruka's. For me that will always be the canon as it's the one he actually developed before the multi-ending stuff and it's the only one who made sense for the protagonist, but I hope he actually do this kind of right.

Did this manga got continued or is still unfinished? in spanish we got it up to the number 27 but it had not ending

I can tell this is translated from spanish or something like that because in spanish it is "decidió" (page numbered 295) which could be translated to 3rd person in english but in fact it's also a way to talk to someone in 2nd person with a lot of respect.
