Taking in opinions from all fallen angels is pretty smart if you think about it. They will come up with a big variety of torture methods so the sinners won't ever get a chance to get accustomed to a single one.

I liked this a lot more before Giselle made an appearance and I dislike that it seems she'll become an integral part of the story. I wish we'd go back to focusing on Cross developing into a force of nature on his own while being guided by his groomers along the way.
I don't know, the dark-skinned hot evil chick got done in very quickly and this manga in general has very abrupt pacing when it comes to killing off less important characters.
This isn't the first time he's fallen. Time stop doesn't affect him so if he's midair and pauses he will fall down just the same.
I was wondering the same, but maybe he's emboldened by the fact that what he's doing right now in the past has (seemingly) no consequences for the present.
