My original theory was something like this, and most of it definitely makes sense. However, Hasumi has been here at the school for a while, which I don't think matches up with Ena being a cupid in chapter 0.

On second thought (see my comment above): Something I noticed is that based off of her calendar, Ena came to the field trip on July 3 (the start of the field trip) and had no idea about the time loop at the time. However, something happened on July 3 which caused her to fail her mission...
