I think you have it right. Kyoutarou is quite good in class room exams, but the big exams are the ones that do him in and where he develops performance anxiety.

Looks like page 16, panel 3, speech bubble 3 & 4 need to be swapped. Unrelated, but when Machino complains "I just want to dance with you!", my brain immediately jumped to the Kings of Convenience's "I'd rather dance with you"

That whishing strip in the last panel has a weird grammar. {brackets are inferences} While I get what it means to convey from context it feels like "people" should be "person", or possibly "{h}e" would be "they" (with a subsequent change to "likes", of course).
