The Ren on the Earth side seems to be drawn with a dashed line, so maybe he doesn't have a physical presence here while his spirit is in Mary's world. Like his Earth body only exists temporarily and then dissipates when he goes back. Unlike his body in Mary's world which seems to exist whether...

It's fine. The only way you'd really know is by checking one of the ads on the author's Pixiv since the volume still doesn't seem to be out yet.
@DeoAduivante It did get serialized, but the Pixiv version is still on-going for whatever reason. In fact, raws for chapter 31 were just published yesterday.
