It'll be as the chapters come out. I waited for v5 expecting the release date to come out not long after I caught up with the TL. The v5 chapter list is out as well and it's the same as the web version so I'm considering picking up the chapters early as well.

Yup, I'll be taking a break until v5 comes out. It should have some extra chapters that weren't released on the web version too similar to 58.5.
