Tbh this is just a typical swordman MC. I thought as a close combat mage, he would at least use some magic at range blank to do some broken damage in conjunction with his swordmanship but pretty disappointing and bland so far. Gonna leave this on my “will read” list until 20 chapters or so.

I’m on Ruka ship atm because Chizuru clearly does not know where her feelings lie. Ruka is actually honest about her love and is trying hard even if it is unrequited. Mami is just a thot. She denied him once, no second chance for her.

This manga is really damn bad. It is cliche enough to make MC overpowered but to make it worse, that power isn’t even that interesting. Expect lack of any climatic action scene in this manga with that dumb insta-death skill. MC also lacks personalities to differ him from being a background...
