The author was releasing one chapter a day every day for a while, it only feels dragged out because you're reading one chapter a week. yorukoi did an english tl all the way up to chapter 175 already.

That's great news! I'll check that out for sure. To be honest though, I think you should just post on mangadex too. Some nerds will complain at first but it doesn't matter, if they want to wait for their favourite scan group they can.
