Y'all i have a question about uploading raws, I read the rules and all but what if the publisher puts all their chapters on X/Twitter for example? Would i be able to upload the raws? (I got their permission but I'm just curious..)

So as most of you know i picked up a series called "10-Nen Buri ni Saikai shita Kusogaki wa Seijun Bishoujo [..]" since the original scanlator hadn't logged in for over 2 months. (not sniping, check the chapter for more info). and 20 hours after i upload the chapter, for some reason they publish...
