To be fair, we know only some parts of Shiki and sensei's story from the main manga, we don't know if in some in-between there was a "further step" in their relationship. Also, what's best of this manga (similarly to Harmony) is that they're told from the point of view of the MC of this manga...

Person, this story is set in Japan. They can dress like nazi without a shred of "idealistic" connection. This is just fashion, not a inch of the history of punk.
