he... isn't just casually getting along with her though? He is actively hostile towards her throughout their entire multi chapter exchange. Hell he suspects her information is a trap but he can't just ignore the information cause he needs it.

saw you edited this so ill respond. Her not being able to handle combat was established in chapter 1 my dude. she ended up failing an ambush against a target and died to the royal guard... who might now be the prince? (unsure on that one) she isn't spectacular at combat, never has been.

We learned that the insta death ability activates automatically on anything that threatens her, and that the drug made by a goddess can be killed by it. also that shes seeking power for some reason. other than that yeah nothing was revealed.

It has one and it was honestly kind of lackluster. they changed some key things that recontextualized or otherwise made worse several scenes. some of them were key scenes as well which kinda killed my enthusiasm for the adaptation.

so on one hand yes but also shes the princess of this nation and their biggest weapon against mages so id doubt they locked her down. plus she only attacked him when her nation wanted him attacked so its not like shes a wild dog needing a leash

considering shes a martial artist that specializes in killing mages id imagine that first blow she did fucked up his mana veins so that hes slowly killing himself by keeping the summon maintained. I imagine her fighting style involves slowly damaging or severing a mages ability to properly...
