@Hachimitsu Scans: Thanks for the effort put in to get this out in short order. You may now have a year off and we'll see you (hopefully) then with volume 6.
Ok, I'm confused. A Black Hole (?) eats Jupiter and comes to Earth. Sedna has a plan to crush those who attacked before (?! Who? When??)
I think this is going to be one of those manga where one has to read it right through beginning to end for it to make much sense. I live in hope.
@Hachimitsu...
Read the penultimate page - Takatsu-san says there are a pile of 'scribbles' done during the main work (over ten years?) that need cleaning up and changing from a wide 4-koma format . Probably little side stories. 2 volumes worth though?
Thanks to the scanlators for picking this up from #dropout, BUT! Could you please feed your editor some RedBull or similar. It would really 'wamr my heart' to see less dyslexia especially where it stands out like dogs balls. Takes the gloss off an otherwise really good manga. But thanks all...
Any one else get the impression that the art is slightly different in this chapter? Oku-san herself looks prettier and doesn't seem to be as fat and the kids were a bit more abstract. I wonder if the mangaka has transferred his fetish for chunky girls over to Hime Koukan?
To the scanlator: I had a look at the raws and had a crack at translating this. You've done way better than me and I can definitely sympathise with you for leaving out all the ...king stars & hearts that peppered the speech bubbles. Who the hell speaks with a star at the end of every sentence...
Just like a couple of others, I immediately noticed the non-purple eyes and leapt straight back to the chapter list to see if it was a new group... Just my opinion, but the coloured eyes are (were! sob) the icing on the cake here....mmmm, caaake.
Not for me those 5 random chapters! Everything in correct order and time. They can sit and rot for all I care, Emblemscans will come through with the goods!
This chapter was a bit weak tho, about as informative as one of You's youtube reviews. At least Hotaru's happy!
I'm confused. Was Miko in the clubroom with Susa & Amane when she was playing the Switch? I find it particularly tricky to keep track of time & places in this manga.
Weird trends in this manga - back in Vol 7 they started saying little noises 'mau' & 'un' which has finally faded away, but now the speech bubbles are littered with stars and hearts! Where's the legend for this?
@DRHizzle & @punpun
I suggest you both back up and have a look at the comments for the previous chapter where Dropout clearly says that once they got confirmation that the series is getting an official Eng release, they stopped working on it.
Thanks for the new chapter! I see Amazon JP has only 4 volumes of this work so it's good to know the scanlaters are onto it and not several volumes behind. Looking forward to a steady drip feed!
I'm picking this arc won't last more than a few chapters (I hope not. I've not seen raws in advance). Amano-san broke a 'bone'. What's the bet its just a dinosaur bone and he's really just broken hearted? He doesn't seem to have been home in years but mum can travel back & forth every month...
@RonBWL Henjo or Henjyo? In early chapters or scanlations the latter used to be the norm but is now less used. See penultimate page of ch74.
I don't think Henjyo is a word unless it's a portmanteau (with which the Japanese are prolific). Any Idea what it meant with regards this manga?
