Yeah, think it's because of the release schedule--Eg. Something between bimonthly and quarterly.--So the chapter count could be more of release count. The chapter numbers here kinda tracks, if you look at page count--Eg. Each release contains around 50 pages, and each chapter is around 16-ish...

Kinda late but: Technically, the manga is only at chapter 27 (can see it in some of the headers, such as 94's). The chapter count is inflated because the raws were split.

Comment on chapter 1632: That's dangerous, could end up damaging your ear (like I did opening a door while swabbing) like that.
