Look the FMC of that series is described as a werewolf but in reality she more a beast man. So fantasy realism just isn’t a thing in the series. But asides from that you have hit the nail on the head and the shy MC and the boisterous outgoing FMC.

Well I’m not sure about this chapter in particular but the manga as a whole is perk NTR Yuri which is two tags that rarely go together.
