One of the things I love about the series is how each little arc doesn't need a major backstory. We get a chapter or two of backstory, then right into the action.

I agree with @leechXlurk on this one. Didn't care for this chapter, nor did I the Kendo arc. First few were great though. Hope the rest are like that.
