I think this chapter is a realization of Ditama himself thinking of what he did to this story, and he's planning on making up for the shit he put out.

Kissxsis project was transferred to us from Daisuki Scans since I was the head of the Kissxsis project there, and Tom_Servo wants nothing to do with Kissxsis anymore.
