The average age of readership for this and pretty much all of Tariku Shobo's Mystery Series was 6-9 year old's. Weirdly his output for the same age range with other companies was full of gore and sometimes exposed breasts.

I was always under the impression that it was cancelled due to its more visceral depictions, but read an interview where it looks like a few things made him just drop the story line, from pressures from other upcoming jobs, editor's breathing down his neck, parental outrage and the death of one...

There's one story in this collection that borders on pornography that he did for an erotic magazine. Never thought I'd see Hino drawing bottles where they don't belong, other then stabbed into someone gruesomely!

Great stuff! I'll get to uploading a few complete chapters right now. Do you know how many other Tomorrow Hell stories there were? I think it was four before the magazine went out of business, but I might be wrong.

I read on a blog years ago, that I can't find again now that I go looking for it, that this was an original volume drawn and written for Rippu Shobou's Lemon Horror Series. As far as the blog lead me to believe, this wasn't serialized....but I could as usual be completely wrong.

Seeing these were released in magazines as one shot stories, sometimes published months in between, it loses some of the impact when they are collected in one volume and read through in a sitting. But I do see 100% of your posts are just plain old negative. Sad that most people review and leave...

I'd be surprised after everything I saw in those four volumes that he could top himself. Mind you Orgy of Fallen Angels is quite the runner-up!

No just wondering. If you guys were doing it, was going to ask to use your translations to make my life even easier. More people getting to read Hino is the way the world should be.
