Matsuri's way of speaking sounds more or an Irish dialect than an English one with how the translation is done. IMO, since the source material has her speaking in a historical dialect, I would think that having her speak in Early Modern English would be most fitting for this translation...

I love how this manga usually has about one or two pages per chapter with art so detailed that you can tell that the mangaka spent two or three whole days drawing it. I can't remember the last time I've seen a gore shot of a nightmare inducing monster that looked so beautiful.
