I was dreading that the epilogue would end up revealing that the mother is now setting up a new village somewhere else or the box is now doing something with another host but no... we actually got a sweet ending. That was beautiful.
When it comes to the "villainess wrongfully punished and now revenge is on the way" trope, I kinda like this one where everyone just self destructs without the supposed villainess doing anything

I'll need to read the WN & earlier manga chapters again to be sure but iirc the drug doesn't make you do what you won't want to do in the 1st place. It just makes the spark of intent light up brighter. All of the ogMLs had some jealousy/obsession with Remilia () & cause they were twisted people...
I love how they added the part about idiot prince regretting here instead of just on the focused-on-him extra chapters post story. Wonder if they'll do the same with the rest of the og guys
The way the servant was also among the people that's in the last 2 pages of the previous chapter (when Rorona asked the question about how her death makes them feel) makes me think he isn't as innocent as we've been led to believe.
