Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't anyone say a few chapters ago that you can essentially remove your bounty if you pay enough? If so why isn't he telling his friend to do it? So that the prince doesn't know that he lives? But if so then if a friend or a stranger removes his bounty isn't that...
