I agree with killing the demons, the lizard man and werewolves already killed a ton of folks. He was able to have the Divine Lancer atone for his sins and hopefully he'll be rehabilitated. There is a time and place for everything.

They kinda have to be because the MC was actually useless. Unlike in other stories where the MC either did something unnoticeable or the team had no logistic ability.
