It's based off of a oneshot from five years ago. Which was before the other series got serialized iirc. (That one is based off a novel though.)

I read it years ago in a single sitting and I thought it was brilliant. I think it's the kind of story that should be treated as a oneshot or graphic novel. It's not much of a serialization as it is a singular experience. Sorry if that doesn't make much sense, it's late and I need sleep.

A lot of oneshots serve as the seeds for serialized stories. I think ending the oneshot before the denouement motivates more readers to vote for it in the popularity polls (which increases the chance of serialization). From that standpoint it's really cunning smart.

Not to mention she brought ingredients worth more than 1000 yen ($6.74, or 69.44 Norwegian krone).
