It felt like a middle schooler with a serious case of chunni wrote the ending. Most overcooked 2 page spread this year. Overall I think this manga is pretty good for what it is, the ridiculous parts hit hard in the beginning, but then devolved into a dumpster fire as the story developed.

Now I know it's the 2000s because this was indicated in an earlier chapter but for mashiba to have a flatscreen plasma kind of takes me out of the progression of time.

Why did the author decide to include such important information in the bonus chapter? Doesn't matter anyway, towards the end he reminds us it's a burning dumpster fire.
