Seems more like a fast-paced manga to me, it's keeping the same rhythm since the beginning, and it doesn't seem like we're missing too much information. Tbh it feels refreshing, I read too much manga who are either slow-paced or no progress-paced.

I'm gonna be honest I fucking hate this manga with how the things are going. It's just frustrating, much more than Takagi-san-like manga where there is no progress. Like, they're  almost progress, but, naaaah, it's not fun to have progress is it ? ^^ Still gonna read this tho.

Not a 6head move they quite literally said they're the protagonists in the 1st chapter. And the other one are the "heroes". You can guess many things from that but my theory is that they're the main couple indeed. But that's way too early to guess things, anyway.
